Papa Meags win the winners semifinals in a nail biter 44-38 after the Crusaders failed to mount a comeback. Papa Meags will play in the championship and the Crusaders will play the winner of the Washing Foreskins vs the SRA Rockets.

The Crusaders win their game 62-24 and will face Papa Meags tomorrow. The SRA Rockets will play the Washing Foreskins in their quest to avoid elimination.

Papa Meags ends up taking the first game in the tournament 63-42, led by Easton Lewis's 6 passing TD's! Papa Meags will play tomorrow at 10am and the Washing Foreskins will play tomorrow at 12:30 for the next round!

LSWFRA is back! The first matchup will be the Washing Foreskins vs Papa Meags at 10am. The second matchup will be the Crusaders vs the SRA Rockets at 12:30pm.

Team registration is now officially open for sign-ups and payment! Preseason will begin in late January with three league-organized matchups before March 6th when the double-elimination tournament for the grand prize will start!

Today, we have the first football action in almost 4 months as the Honey Badgers square off against the Crusaders in a preseason match!

With the league reopening June 6th, there have been some new rules set. No more than 7 on a roster and only 6 can play in a game. Two-hand touch. One ref per game, assigned by the head of officiating before the game, who stays on the sideline.

After a long hault in activities due to the novel coronavirus, the league will be looking at making several changes. 1st of all, the league will be made two hand touch to limit contact. 2nd, games will begin on June 6th. Last, there will be a complete reset of teams and standings

As schools across LSR7 are shut down until April 20th at the earliest, games will need to be postponed through that date. As to the rest of the season, a remade schedule will come into play once things are more figured out. So, officially, the season is indefinitely suspended.

After discussion with the board of captains, the league has decided to suspend play and all football games for two weeks. Decisions will be made in the future about how long this is necessary. Suspended games will be made up after the regular season but before postseason.

A few people have discussed the virus with league offices and are expressing concerns. Government is recommending no meetings of 10+ people, so we will be keeping a close eye on the situation. It is expected if Jackson county reaches 5 or more cases, the league will be suspended.

If some players are unable to attend games due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the team captains of that players team should communicate with league offices to postpone games to a different date.

As LSR7 schools will be closed until April 3rd, games may have to be moved to other locations if the LSW fields are unaccessible. The league will communicate through Twitter where games will be played if this is the case, but games are still panned on being played.

Due to the massive spread of the novel coronavirus, we won't be cancelling ANY games. If the school happens to close also, that just means the fields will be available for practice 👍
