@LS_Helpdesk Hey, guys. Your website says the LS 41 is Xbox Series X compatible. Is that an error? That headset needs an optical out, and the new Xbox won’t have one. Am I missing something?

@ZEDDRadio HI! So while the xbox series X doesn't have an optical out, you can still use an hdmi optical extruder to use with the xbox series x/s.

@suedepup Yes! You can use the LS41 with DTS:X if you wish. You would set your Xbox to use the app for surround. On the headset just push the EQ button until you hear the "Stereo" mode (surround will happen in the app, not the headset).

@LS_Helpdesk Hello. I just noticed Xbox One X recently added a “DTS Headphone X” setting option for headphone audio output. Did you know about this? Regardless, does this change Lucid Sound’s instructions on how to hook up the LS 41 headset to the Xbox One X console?

@LS_Helpdesk I just bought the LS41 to use with both my PS4 Pro & Xbox One X. I use an optical switcher so I can move from console to console easily. The newly announced Xbox Series X console won’t have an optical port. Did I just waste my $ on a headset that’s not future proof?

@LS_Helpdesk Our #LS50X has frozen. It's powered on and it is working but has become unresponsive to any inputs. For example, the volume won't adjust and we can't power the device off. Is there a combination of buttons that can be held to force a restart?
