@CarlDenard 4 to 8k for the oligos depending on genome size and fold-coverage. Add supplies/kits for cloning and NGS to characterize. Total ~10k+. For S cerevisiae and E. coli, libraries may already be available. Other microbes might take some time to develop, but this is accessible
