Зараз фактично вже відбувається виконання нашої домовленості з Євросоюзом про розблокування пакету підтримки для України обсягом 90 мільярдів євро на два роки, а також нового санкційного пакету проти Росії за цю війну. Розблокування – це правильний сигнал у наявних обставинах. Росія повинна закінчити свою війну. І мотиви для цього в неї можуть зʼявитися тільки тоді, коли і підтримка для України, і тиск на Росію будуть достатніми. Україна виконує свої зобовʼязання у відносинах з Євросоюзом, навіть у таких неоднозначних питаннях, як робота нафтопроводу «Дружба». Розраховуємо, що і з європейського боку буде те, що потрібно для реального захисту життя й наближення повноцінної європейської інтеграції України. Важливо, щоб європейський пакет підтримки запрацював оперативно. Будемо говорити з лідерами Європи і про відкриття кластерів для України: умови щодо цього вже реалізовані. Також продовжуємо роботу щодо посилення санкцій проти Росії та щодо подальшого розвитку європейської енергетичної системи таким чином, щоб Росія втратила можливість маніпулювати енергопостачанням у Європу. Implementation of our agreement with the European Union to unblock a €90 billion support package for Ukraine over two years is now effectively underway, as well as a new sanctions package against Russia over this war. The unblocking is the right signal under the current circumstances. Russia must end its war. And the incentives for that can arise only when both support for Ukraine and pressure on Russia are sufficient. Ukraine is fulfilling its obligations in relations with the European Union – even on such sensitive issues as the operation of the Druzhba oil pipeline. We expect that the European side will also deliver what is needed for the real protection of lives and for advancing Ukraine’s full European integration. It is important that the European support package becomes operational swiftly. We will also speak with European leaders about opening clusters for Ukraine – the conditions for this have already been met. We are continuing our work to strengthen sanctions against Russia and to further develop the European energy system in such a way that Russia loses the ability to manipulate energy supplies to Europe. I thank everyone who is helping. Today and tomorrow are especially important days for our European diplomacy. Glory to Ukraine!
