I'm a 3:45 marathoner now. I never thought I would say that, but here I am, 12 years since my last marathon PR.

I went to a lovely holiday party tonight, and now I'm home taking my vitamins with Liquid IV, chamomile nights tea, and popcorn. This is either #runnerproblems or #geriatric problems.

A 14-years old Derek Trucks jamming on a special song, Layla, and he's opening for Allman Brothers live on stage, Raleigh, NC Walnut Creek Amphitheater, in 4th of July, 1993. Such an amazing talent on stage performing another classic for a beautiful opening. Just brilliant.
