I’m shadowbanned pretty badly for some reason. Sincerely don’t know what to do about it anymore. As much as I want engagement, I’m not going to post “what do you notice,” or piggyback off of someone else’s news article, or ask “who’s with me.” I’m staying authentic. It’s good to have fun at work… practical jokes, inside jokes, corny jokes, music, shenanigans, hijinks, tomfoolery, silliness… and lots of laughing.  Colleagues that have fun together, work hard together.  And ultimately, it’s a good culture in which students can learn.

When a child spends every day with a teacher, especially in the early years, nothing matters more than the relationship. It’s not just part of learning. It’s where learning begins.

As a rule of thumb, kids like the teachers who really like them.  So it’s kind of important to like the kids.
