@JHBWater this pipe burst yesterday afternoon, it still going strong. This in Alberts Road between 8th and 7th Street in Newlands. It was reported yesterday but no one has bothered to come and sort it out. We are supposed to "SAVE" water and of course here you are wasting it.

@JoburgWater cnr 8th St and Newlands Rd, Newlands water has been trickling down the road for few weeks now.....2 JW trucks have driven past it in 1 week and nothing has been done. Also tried to log a fault on Forcelink, it does not work. Whatever you touch turns to dust...FIX IT!

@JoburgWater There is a serious problem with the sewage connection at the corner of 5th and Albert Street, Newlands. JW comes and "repairs" the issue and within a month or 2 it's spewing raw sewage again. Get your act together and repair it once and for all, stop doing a half job

The Waterval depot is currently servicing yesterday's waste collection in Pinepark, Blairgowrie, Victory Park & Linden. Sorry the delays in the event that today's areas are not serviced they will be addressed tomorrow, sorry for delays @CityofJoburgZA
