Your Firefighters spent several hours yesterday battling a structure fire in a sawdust storage silo at a local saw mill. Firefighters, along with mill employees worked hard to extinguish the content and prevented further spread to other buildings. Great work to all involved.

Yesterday crews responded to a vehicle fire on I-90. One of our ambulance crews, Medic 13, arrived first and contained the grass fire from growing. Engine 12 arrived shortly after to extinguish the vehicle. No one was injured. #Local2856

KCFR is currently working a mobile home fire in Post Falls on 3rd Ave. Alarm at 10:15 AM crews arrived to find a fully involved mobile home. Immediate aggressive fire attack kept fire from spreading to neighbors. One occupant suffered minor burns treated by Paramedics on scene.
