Weโve talked a lot about what the end of Bellator (as we currently know it) means to the fighters and front facing execs. More to come on that front, too. We havenโt talked enough of about the behind the scenes staff. I know not everyone has been there since day 1 but the vast majority have been there for ages. All extremely hard-working and talented people. From the TV crew to the PR team to the fighter ops. Not easy to put on 301 events around the world. They arenโt household names like the fighters but they deserve the same recognition, love and respect. ๐ซก
