@SalvaCottonTail @Rafaelwasnthere Which is exactly what I am doing, for the most part. If my friends are comfortable, they will voice them as well as have their names taken. If not, then I'm not that upset. I will still have them be named in tribute

I present to you all, the biggest milestone of this project.. The Unnamed Blue Engine! Who I have since named Grace. Made in almost the exact way Leokim did his model, down to sourcing the near exact paint he used. More in the replies. #MBReFused

@TrainLo79265546 I believe I showed off some of the photos I took when my friend used the machine on my layout. The effects can be rather strong, but, as long as you learn how to use it, it should be more than enough.

@MadMuciModels Oh yea, I see. The nose is a bit pointier on the screen used one

@EuanPlush He did say this, however, that was only for the original version of the model. Where he casted a James face. For the final revision, he used the Checkout Gordon face

@MadMuciModels I swear he said he cast the face himself with resin or clay using another ERTL character’s face as a mould like he did for the clone Andys

@rheneasbranch As cliche (or delusional) as it sounds, I hope that if I ever could, I'd like to show Leo my work, and maybe, it could help lighten his heart a little about the whole project

@MadMuciModels i hate how he left us with literally no closure tho. he could have atleast put a 5 minute video out just telling you what happens. but then again there wouldnt be much room for interpritation

@rheneasbranch That is actually exactly waht I would do. Wanting to preserve them, and show them off at shows, while my own models would be used for filming and such. Sort of like stunt doubles Plus, I would LOVE to find out what some of the unidentified stuff he used is

@rheneasbranch If he ever did, I cannot lie a part of me would be considering actually attempting that museum idea. Of course, if i could get enough of a following to help collect them all. But that's dreaming a bit too big for now

@rheneasbranch Oh how I wish I owned the original model. Funnily enough, as a child I had the dream of one day becoming a millionaire, and offering to purchase the models from Leo to put in a "Fandom museum" if you will. While that dream will never come, there is a small part of me that wishes.

@Rafaelwasnthere While that may be true, we never got direct confirmation that any of the new characters would bear their original names. I think the renaming of characters is a crucial part of MB's feel and identity, so, I decided to carry it on. Naming them all after friends and family.

I am very happy with how Grace turned out. She looks near spot-on to how Leokim's model does. It is my ultimate dream to one day show Leo my work, and give him a digital letter of how much he has inspired, and helped me through rough times with his videos. Thank you for reading.

Lyn was originally intended to fully be turned into Grace eventually, but, as I had a spare Gordon, I decided to keep them separate. They now ride the rails as two prime express engines. With their simple paintwork hailing from their original Line, which had much more simple look
