Just buy ground beef, steak on sale, eggs and butter. You won’t be hungry and can eat 1 big meal a day…or two if you like. Feel free to add spices….you can make meatballs or other recipes and eat them for days. It can be done! You will also feel better than you ever have and not have to take any medication.
