I was kinda happy that the LiS show will be on amazon instead of netflix bc that means it'll be released episodically rather than just all at once, but that new spider-noir show is amazon but they dropped all that at once.. so now I don't really know what to think?

@elswraith JJ has employees that put out videos and decide the time. The boys were clearly aware of the situation and the video, they have been putting jj out of thumbnails and jj has been hinting to it as well, they weren't scrambling.

so the rest of the boys had to scramble to put out a statement because everyone thought it was a prank, didnt even get to do a proper video addressing it as a group on the channel, tobi & ethan playing in soccer aid got completely overshadowed etc.. yeah jj’s shitty for this.

Maybe, but if we find out that Randy Newman has a contending song as well, I'm inclined to believe that his would have the edge given that he's beloved by the Academy. Meanwhile, Taylor Swift has no Oscar noms and the Academy has had no problem overlooking massive stars in Song.
