Feel like I'm out of the loop here but do people have hard numbers on Noctis being the best selling DLC or statement from Harada?
AK & Julia had far more rep in tournaments and online. And if it counts for anything, user-extracted data showed they had higher usage than Noctis

@Toxin45 @erinluvstortas @karakuratownnpc Kaz only learns of that in T7. Growing up, as far as Kaz knows he goes through Hei murdering his mom, grandfather and being left for dead after being tossed off a cliff.
All that is just to explain why Kaz turned out the way he did.

@karakuratownnpc The only reason I say that Jin fucked up more than Kazuya is because Jin had WAY more sense than him and had a decent upbringing thanks to Jun. He only lost his mom at 15, compared to Kazuya who lost his at like, 3 years old? Both are tragic figures, but Kaz went through worse

@Raycortex @redrummarts Eh the recon ruins a lot here. Pre-retcon Hei does it to see if Kaz is a worthy heir, which leads to Kaz striking a deal with the devil. This is infinitely more compelling & grants both chars agency as opposed to: Hei just had to yeet Kaz because that's his devil gene litmus test

It's severely limiting. Before you could do stuff like b1 -> b1 or b1 into movement or raw stance which gave a higher degree for conditioning, baiting whiffs, CH-fishing etc. Now you're forced to commit to a so-so mix.

@Shinobikun904 I think SZN 1+2 should DEF be a PC but I doubt they be this generous with buffing our boy lol
I told others this too, but b1 going auto into szn is a good thing. Raven has zero counter hits from standing in this game to capitalize on the plus frames. Best to leave as is.

@yourwifeson @TommyKairaTK Imo it's too early to make a verdict on Azucena and Chloe is hated as much as she is liked atp. I'm way less versed in other FGs but I think SnK and Capcom tend to make better new characters, like Ed. Hell, even shitty mortal Kombat does a better job with new characters

@AbdouBoura61210 @Diaphone_ There are passionate people who frankly don't care about results. More of the older heads in my scene are like this. Crazy good at multiple games but zero interest in "being the best". All in purely for love of the game. If it stops being fun they move to something else
