HIS EXCELLENCY AT INGUTSHENI HOSPITAL: Following a depressing report of the state of play at the rehabilitation hospital, INGUTSHENI, which was established in 1908, His Excellency the President, Dr ED Mnangagwa, decided to pay a visit, tour and help with the rehabilitation of the hospital which takes care of Zimbabwe’s mentally challenged. This visit is part of the broader programme to rehabilitate health institutions for better care-giving.
