Unfortunately, Chase is blocking your connection attempt. While we've found that our new connector successfully facilitates connections for most of our members, Chase will still occasionally block connection attempts. Since these blocks are coming directly from Chase and are not symptomatic of our connector, we cannot circumvent Chase's blocks.

@markgstern Hey Mark, thanks for letting us know about this discrepancy with your Chase Freedom Flex rewards rate. I've brought this up with the team, and we're also working on a feature that will allow you to customize your rewards rates by card, which should be released soon.

@MaxRewards Your product is great I use it every day, But your product also needs so much work - so many very basic silly errors in the attributes for the credit cards e.g. as of today still no gas/EV 5x on CFF. Feedback is courteous but resolution is unfortunately very slow.

@MaxRewards Now it doesn’t work at all and the blame is on the app. Requires login to each account, but it prevents me from doing so. When I tap into the User ID or password field the keyboard pops up obscuring both fields and you can’t enter anything. No synching at all now.

@MaxRewards I’m about to reach out to support , but it started working again until it broke differently. Now I can’t login. I login with Apple and it won’t let me, just comes up with a “something went wrong” message.
