Further investigation showed that the Radius server is affected too, which manages the logins for #Hybrid7 and #Copper7. Hybrid7 and Copper7 already connected are not affected. For once it’s highly recommended not to reboot the router! 😳 PS. Tweet posted via Copper7 😡

We currently face an outage of our server infrastructure, which affects also the server with our trouble tickets. Traffic flows are normal except for #Crossover7 customers, which seems to be another outage not correlated to the server issue. Investigation is ongoing.
