Today is 5 years since early detection, and good doctors, saved me from kidney cancer. My annual tweet to encourage you to see a doctor if you see a symptom, an important reminder now when many are hesitant to go.

Gilad Janklowicz, who just passed, and his Bodies In Motion anchored ESPN's fitness block in the 80s and 90s.  He usually taped in Hawaii, but visited Bristol in 1985 for a show with employees on our front lawn.  The Bristol police shut down Middle Street for the shoot.
