The laptops are closing, the festive sweaters are out, and the coffee has officially been replaced by cocoa. However you celebrate, we hope you're soaking up the magic of the season with good food and great company. Happy holidays--we'll see you Dec. 29th!

This year, in place of our typical holiday luncheon, our team decided to adopt a couple of local families and provide them with Christmas gifts. Wishing everyone a holiday filled with warmth, connection, and the spirit of giving.

State offices are closed Thanksgiving Day and Friday, November 28th, allowing our team more time with family and friends. We'll be back to workforce recruitment, training and upskilling on Monday, December 1.

The Missouri One Start team had the pleasure of touring @AltecInc in St. Joseph. We also got an up-close look at the manufacturing process. Many of these roles require specialized training, which Altec conducts on-site in partnership with @ncmcpirates.
