Some quick @lofitheyeti updates 🥶 🧊 Lofi is now featured in an Intro To Blockchain course alongside Bonk, Pepe, Toshi, and Ponke and is hosted by @Alchemy University on the main page 🧊 I was unable to get a BIG Lofi Winter event across the line due to several factors but we are planning something cool for Consensus in Miami (May 5 - 7) 🧊 We are still working to raise more money to build a water well in Indonesia with our partners Komodo Water. During review, we flagged a submission that appeared to be phishing or malicious code. This has delayed review and I hope to announce winners next week and then launch another hackathon in March. We will be updating the submission process to prevent this in the future and to streamline things 🧊 Looking to bring in a few more Lofi Ambassadors in Q2. So far, we have seen many people step up to bring unique ideas and initiatives together. One being, we will kick off a weekly Lofi Space each Thursday at 5pm EST 🧊 I made comments privately stating something like "we don't have budget for that" or "we can't afford that at the moment" and so many funny guys started to spread FUD. To be clear, I continue to invest my personal funds to run Lofi and achieve our mission. In the last 6 months, I've easily contributed mid 5-figures out of pocket. With the Cetus hack and the market in rough condition, it's been tough times financially for Lofi but I remain 100% committed. Still holding and adding more $LOFI as well for the long-term 🧊 We have a very, very good game concept ready to build and are currently looking to fundraise to support the development. It's a tough environment to raise funds but we have a true game designed by industry pros, not a "web3 game". If there are any interested VCs you know in the gaming space, please let me know. Trying to bring the Yeti to SuiPlay! 🧊 Speaking of SuiPlay, we previously communicated a big airdrop to SuiPlay holders and this was planned for June 2025. It kills me we didn't get to do this with the Cetus hack (May 2025) and I understand SuiPlay fulfillment had some issues, but I still want to follow through on this in the future... we just need some stars to align 🧊 We've started to roll out some advertising on TikTok around our fan-favorite plushies and will continue to bring the heat with quarterly merch drops. You know what they say about Lofi Swag 💎 🧊 Our goals right now are focused around building sustainable community campaigns that help to strengthen the Flurry and bring more positivity to Sui's ecosystem.
