@sgarnell NeuronBridge currently does not contain any FlyCircuit data, and we have no immediate plans to add it, but we will consider it in future planning.

@NeuronBridge This is a great tool. However , I see only the FlyCircuit 1.0 is included in the dataset. Any plans to import the 1.2 version ?

You can now easily examine your favorite NeuronBridge EM-LM matches in 3D using VVD Viewer. To get started, click on the "Download 3D Files" tab for any match.
