However, according to the tracking, it was marked as refused by the recipient and has since been unable to return to us. - All our shipments are insured, but claims must be filed within 60 days. Earlier this year I purchased a @NexDock product. By their own admission they lost track of the shipment altogether, failed to follow up and now refuse to fulfill the order. I didn't ask for a refund. I asked for the product which I supported from an early stage. Unprofessional.
