The workout split If you have a busy schedule, like I do, all you need is 3x per week with weights as a minimum. I structure my split like this: ~Push (chest,tris,shoulders) ~Pull (back,biceps) ~Legs (hams,calves,quads,glutes) You hit every muscle group 1x per week!
