It's good to build more housing but Williamsburg is such an embodiment of the YIMBY nightmare. Tons of new condos, rents are stratospheric, architecture is heinous, culture is effectively dead. Bushwick, Ridgewood and others still have art scenes. Williamsburg's is gone.

Uh… ask Google how many missiles Iran launched at Israel last year. I live in Jerusalem. Every time they launched, we heard sirens and went to a safe room. The media was absolutely full or reports. You probably need to follow the news more before you can tell what is real and what sounds like propaganda.
