A Dutch court (Rechtbank Amsterdam, kort geding) has ruled that a competitor unlawfully used TMU’s customer database, ordering them to cease all use of the data, disclose the revenue and profit generated, and pay real legal costs, with a penalty of €20,000 per day up to €500,000 for non-compliance.
