@OVERARTHUS My pen only clotted when i accidently ruined it (using it to scrape off a drawing i made on my desk i regretted doing) so hm… i think i have abused a pen multiple times I really like how blendable ballpoints feel, it’s so appealing to look at

i finally ‘fixed’ my uranus design and I think i love him more now. im watching too much House M.D. #solarballs

@djhhdjgj you get it ball! you gett itttt!! pretty much everyone needs to hear this, over time the importance of accuracy becomes less relevant, i get less pressured to perfect things because i personally think it’s enough to fulfill an ‘illusion’ that the perciever will see in its own.

@OVERARTHUS And it will also help you to be less dependent on bases and will make you faster at drawing (from experience) and one of the things i learned it that i shouldnt really care about if the anatomy is right or not too much, as it could make the actual form look clunky and stiff

@djhhdjgj gel pens are kinda less favorable when wanting to apply pressure, its all kinda the same, same with the opacity. ballpoint pens however oo lala!! these are like some of my ballpoint drawings!!! i might have to get a better one cus this often Clots… gels cant do this!!!
