ANDREW TATE LAUNCHES LEGAL OFFENSIVE AGAINST BRIANNA STERN
$50 MILLION CROSS-COMPLAINT FILED FOR DEFAMATION, FRAUD, AND ABUSE OF PROCESS
(LOS ANGELES, CA, August 13, 2025) — Emory Andrew Tate III (“Andrew Tate”) has fired back in Los Angeles County Superior Court, filing a $50 million cross-complaint against Brianna Stern for defamation, slander, intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, abuse of process, and misappropriation of likeness.
The lawsuit alleges that Stern orchestrated a deliberate smear campaign based on fabricated allegations of sexual assault and abuse — a campaign designed not for justice but for profit, fame, and the destruction of Tate’s reputation.
According to the filing, Stern spread her allegations through court documents, national media outlets, and social media — even after the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office reviewed the Beverly Hills Police Department’s investigation and refused to file charges. Prosecutors concluded there was not enough evidence to support her claims — a decision Tate’s legal team says confirms “the complete absence of truth.”
“This isn’t a ‘he said, she said situation. It’s a she lied and we can prove it situation.’ That is the worst possible scenario for Brianna Stern,” said Joseph D. McBride, Tate’s lead attorney. “Her claims aren’t embellishments; they are industrial-grade fabrications, engineered and weaponized in the court of public opinion to line her pockets. She tried to turn a consensual relationship into a lottery ticket, and in the process committed egregious acts of defamation and fraud.”
Mr. Tate’s cross-complaint details:
• Deliberate falsification of abuse claims, contradicted by medical evidence and expert analysis showing her purported injuries align with cosmetic procedures, not assault.
• A premeditated social media blitz, recycling these falsehoods to millions for maximum damage.
• Exploitation of Tate’s name, likeness, and “SDaddy” persona to promote her cryptocurrency and adult content ventures without consent.
• A documented history of similar extortion schemes — including a 2022 plot to falsely accuse a former boyfriend to extort him, which led to a defamation lawsuit against Stern that she ultimately settled out of court.
Tate’s legal team asserts that Stern’s actions have resulted in over $50 million in damages, including lost sponsorships, canceled business deals, and irreversible damage to his global reputation. The lawsuit seeks both compensatory and punitive damages, as well as injunctive relief to prevent Stern from using Tate’s name, image, or likeness in any commercial capacity.
“In America, the truth still matters — and in this courtroom, the truth will be our sword,” McBride added. “False accusations are not protected speech. They are lies. And lies that destroy reputations will be met with the full force of the law.”
