@LPInvestor @twallyweb @joeybaum13 Thanks @LPInvestor. You are correct that the DST structure typically requires for a master lease in place. Working within the constraints of the DST, Origin Exchange believes that lower fees and more transparacy will lead to better investor outcomes.
