Lead poisoning is one of the most pernicious health challenges facing families in our state. I joined with cabinet secretaries, providers, and advocates to announce two of the largest steps our state has ever taken to eliminate the risk of lead poisoning in our homes and schools.

Yesterday, I signed a proclamation for Early Childhood Education Day. Thank you to all early childhood professionals and advocates who help Delaware’s youngest children build a strong foundation for their future.
