@therandomsec Dybantsa contributes to his teammates sucking, and what he does on defense is disgusting (not in a good way). His skill set at his size is incredible, but I don’t know what you people are watching.

After today, I feel like the player of the year race is pretty clear. 1. Darius Acuff (great player leading his team to great things) 2. Dybansta (best player in cbb, his team sucks) 3. Boozer (foul baiter and has decent post moves/ team sucks) Am I missing something?

@snowcamp1994 @RyanTonyNemo @barstoolsports He was Roy’s longtime assistant and handpicked successor, a former star player at a school that has always prioritized program ties in hires… The fact that you think it’s the other people who are making race-based decisions is ridiculous

@EMAWCaleb If you also told him he’d lead the nation in points per game, yes, he’d still do it….especially if you told him how many people would be saying he did everything he could but his teammates just suck

Would love to truth serum AJ Dybantsa and ask him if he knew he’d finish 10th in the Big 12 and get first rounded, would he still go be fake Mormon for a year or would he go have a good college experience

@IainMacBets It’s pretty good for a mid-major to make it to the tourney that often & win a game more often than not The criticism should be directed at CBB analysts.“Have a chance to win a game” is their usual level, yet they’re often overrated as better which makes them seem underachieving

We need to start having a conversation about how much of a fraudulent NCAA Tournament team Saint Mary's is. One Sweet 16 in 14 tournament appearances since 1989.

@imr__01 Or it’s just bullshit by a guy that doesn’t want to admit they were outplayed. It’s not like they came out in the 2nd half and just dominated once they knew it was a game…they were still getting outplayed and had to switch to a zone def.. that’s what won the game

@Aaron_Torres They were 2-5 in Saunders’ last 7 games. They won on talent early, but eventually others caught up to this team w/ 2 guys going isoball on offense & no one playing defense AJ played defense w/a goal to be in position to get the ball in transition if he teammates could get a stop

Since there are a lot of uniformed people talking college hoops tonight: 1. BYU did not pay AJ Dybantsa $7 million 2. They had 6 season-ending injuries, including an All-Big 12 guy 3. When somewhat healthy they were 16-1 4. Yes, AJ was "worth it" for BYU despite win/loss record
Brian Drake@DrakeFantasy

BYU paid $7 million to AJ Dybantsa. He led the nation in scoring. Cool. They finished 10th in the Big 12 and were a 6-seed in the NCAA Tournament after losing a key guard to injury. They lost to an 11-seed Texas team that finished 10th in the SEC. Is that NIL $ well spent?

@LaTulip_Mike Throwing a chest pass is the right way to do it. He tried to do it so fast to catch VCU off guard, and that’s why he missed the rim.

For the life of me I’ll never understand throwing a 70 mph chest pass at the backboard. Just shoot your normal shot with a little more air on it! If it happens to go in, whatever. At least it’s a 1 point game. Insane collapse from the Tarheels.

@KevinOConnor I cannot understand someone having Cam Boozer at the top of the board. I don’t think he should go in the top 3, let alone #1

Cam Boozer's lack of vertical explosiveness is definitely the #1 thing NBA scouts question. Showed up a lot today against Siena. Also wish he was a better pull up shooter off multiple dribbles...
Nathan Grubel@DraftDeeper

This is the first game I’ve seen this year in college basketball that’s made me legitimately consider moving off Cameron Boozer at the top of my board. I won’t overreact to one game, but he’s looked legitimately overwhelmed today on both ends of the floor. Definitely provokes Q’s

@DarrigoMelanie Logical fallacy. 1) this assumes you have an IQ over 7, which you don't. 2) past behavior isn't logical proof of current behavior. You emotional weaklings shouldn't be allowed in government.

@notitnocnevik @JakeLake720 @FSKPart3 If Flagg & Kneuppel are both top 100 players right now, & your assertion is correct, than both being on the same college team just last year should’ve easily guaranteed a championship, esp given they had better than 16 seed teammates. The fact they didn’t proves you wrong.

@TheDetroitEra He wasn’t ready to be the playmaker in the middle of the defense like Bridges was. Giving Ben Carter some minutes playing on the foul line was a good idea, but it should’ve been a few min each half to give Bridges a rest, not 20+ while your freshman lottery pick sits the bench

@TheDetroitEra Meanwhile JJJ is 6’11”, making ‘Cuse’s length much less likely to bother him, & he shot 40% from 3 that yr. Getting behind the ‘Cuse zone is another strategy, & he was such a great athlete, that he should’ve been able to get lob passes & off rebound from playing the baseline

@glenn_tunes Funny how you ignore evidence of voter fraud. The Chinese built voting machines didn't get to cheat this time, because during the election, incoming internet traffic from Serbia was blocked, where the fake votes came from.
