Happy New Month… From my incoming 8 residential units in Abuja — a mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments. Went to inspect one of my ongoing projects this morning and I just smiled. Not because this is my first project, it isn’t. I smiled because moments like this remind me how far consistency, sacrifice and hard work can take you.
