Trapped in this spot of not knowing what I want anymore. Don’t think I could ever really bond with anyone after the repeated trauma I’ve had to deal within the past, (not all just some very outstanding few). Struggle to meet new people cause some people have the personality of a rock and if it’s not horny they’re not interested, or seem to try to dive into *getting close* way way too fast. Struggle to feel like I fit in due to my uncontrollable impulses and seemingly uncontrollable hyperactive outbursts that I know and have seen the results of people getting annoyed over. Slowly turning into a nomad with no real.. place… since my interests change very suddenly and make it hard to settle down. Rapidly becoming depressed due to RSD and a total inability to ask for stuff, or seeing friends inviting each other to stuff I use to be included in. I dunno, I know people say they care and I know there’s a few that truly mean it, I don’t wish to devalue anything some people have said to me in the past I really appreciate it, I just kinda feel like my mental stability is rapidly deteriorating emotionally and literally. I just feel tolerated sometimes, cause I can’t even tolerate myself sometimes. Why can’t it all just make sense…

A lot of people seem to think ADHD is this funny quirky hyper thingy… But fail to realised that a lot of us along with wildly uncontrollable impulsivity.. also run into: . Lack of realisation for long time friendship degradation . Horrendous rejection sensitivity dysphoria . Massively uncontrollable hyperactivity outbursts followed by massive depression dumps when you realise how much you’ve annoyed yourself and others . A complete lack of social boundaries around acquaintances (sudden and reasonable rejection resulting in massive depression spirals) It’s completely debilitating… it has its quirky fun moments… but it has effectively crippled my chances of living a normal life…
