Following a lovely Mass for the Feast of the Epiphany, all our children took home a piece of chalk to enable them to leave the special inscription on their doors: 20+C+M+B+26. Sharing their faith with others and offering a warm welcome to their homes 👑👑👑

Our GIFT Chaplains have decided to support @CaritasSalford #BeeThere campaign by collecting toothpastes, shower gels, deodorants and shaving foams throughout Advent. We are lucky to have such a generous community and such thoughtful children! 💚☘️🙏

Our Jubilee Pledge Celebration of the Word for Year 4 was led by 3 pupils who chose our beautiful school field as the area they wanted to lead their class in prayer. Well done all 💚☘️🙏

Our GIFT chaplains joined our parishioners for Mass on Wednesday morning then stayed on to help at the coffee morning to mark #RedWednesday in support of persecuted Christians around the world. 💚☘️

Out Head Boy and Head Girl were fabulous ambassadors for our school, laying the biodegradable wreath created by our Environmental Club at the Whittle Memorial. A poignant moment shared with the other primaries in our cluster. #remembrance

In this Month of Remembrance, we pray for those we have lost and their loved ones. 🙏 With it being Remembrance Sunday, all who have died in war and conflict are especially in our thoughts. May we all keep working for a better, more peaceful world.

We have had a great two weeks in school with the Arctic Map learning about climate change and how we can make a difference to our planet as Stewards of our Common Home. 🌍

Dilexi te from Pope Leo XIV is now available. The title means "I have loved you” and this work is the first Apostolic Exhortation from our current Pope. Following on from the work of Pope Francis, it reflects on love for the poor and the importance of taking action.
