Yesterday I was a washout, still have a lovely raspy tone. Seasonal healthy lunch today, it’s tuna steak, cooked asparagus & broccoli then roasted for a bit. This lays on a labneh tzatziki (blend Greek style yogurt labneh, cucumber, dill or mint) and I’ve toasted some pita bread.

As an outsider 17th Arrondissement to me it's the real Paris experience, lots of great cafés, pubs, bars & restaurants around the area & architecture. A favourite area is Batignolles with its narrow streets & Bohemian vibe, the best cafe bars & brasseries, photogenic at night.
