@snxwbxby I'm a DND larper (I don't play and only read/listen to DND related stuff) so like take everything I say with a grain of salt but some campaigns can be like that, and then some aren't. I've read it's important to have a session 0 to discuss what exactly one wants from a campaign.

Any DND players can tell me if character development is relevant? I only do narrative/forum RP, where the focus IS that, but always had the impression DND is more ab actions+group dev over personal thoughts+individual dev. Can it differ depending on the campaign?
