Sperm concentration dropped from 101 million/ml in 1973 to 49 million/ml in 2018: a drop of 51.6%. This decline has been found in all the continents. The rate of decline is increasing and it currently seems to settle at -2.64% per year. (Levine H. HumReprodUpdate 2022 Nov 15)
