Why the government is focussed on phasing out of vehicles (15 yrs for petrol and 10 yrs for Diesel). If the vehicle passes the pollution and the fitment test, why can't the people continue its usage? Can an advocate file a PIL that actually benefit the citizens of BHARAT.
