This post is about a serious issue I am facing regarding a printer that I bought from @brotherindia I bought a Brother printer for my business around 5 months ago and for many days now I have been continuously facing serious issues with it The printer has already been repaired twice and even the motherboard was replaced but the same problem has appeared again When the service engineer visited the situation became worse He did not even know how to operate a multimeter and had to watch YouTube videos to check voltage This kind of unprofessional staff is unacceptable After this I spoke to the ASM Nitin Srivastav who asked me to get the printer repaired one more time and clearly said that if the problem happens again the printer will be returned or refunded He also promised to send me an email stating this It has been many days and I have still not received any such email Instead they are trying to ignore the issue by delaying it again and again I do not want another repair I have completely lost trust Because of this behavior I am now compelled to visit the consumer court I strongly advise everyone not to buy Brother printers They have the worst service experience
