In #elderscrolls Redguard's files, we recently discovered an unused 3D asset for a palace library. It has a circular layout, and would have served as the western wing of the palace.

- The viewer is now built into the core program, and can be accessed via a new launcher
- Viewer can now load .3D files (instead of just .3DC files)
- Fixed color palettes
- Fixed GLTF export path not updating
