Since 2016, condom use among youths (15–24) in Southern Africa has stagnated, and in some cases declined. Knowledge ≠ consistent use. Barriers include: • Gender inequality • Stigma • Limited youth-friendly services Condoms prevent HIV & unintended pregnancy, but only if used.
