In our issue, we're pushing these ideas back as far to the 18th century & forward to the more recent past to stimulate these conversations among historians too.

“Investigating the ‘Irish’ Family” - I published this article and the edited collection “The Irish Family” in 2015. The transformation of Irish family life was already well underway despite what was in the Constitution - newspaper columns trying to ideologically reverse this with constitutional wording now are pointless.
