@worrynaught @RTXEvent Sorry for the confusion! You will need your Weekend Badge for access to RTX and a separate ticket for Comedy Night! There are two separate tabs in the link I sent and I should have clarified!

@RTXSupport @RTXEvent Thank you! We bought weekend tickets and comedy tickets before knowing they were apart of the same thing, is it possible to get a refund on the comedy tickets now knowing that weekend pass holders have access to these events? Thanks again!

@RTXSupport Problem. I bought the RWBY switch case at the RTX shop today. But when i opened the box it was a different switch case. Can i exchange it for the Rwby Switch case tomorrow?

@wrestle1150 Hey there! You'll go straight to registration at the Austin Convention Center, Level 1, Solar Atrium. Today you can pick those up between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If you're not able to today, you can check out rtxevent.com/austin/registr… for the rest of RTX!

@RTXSupport when and where can we pick up badges tomorrow?

@RandomJPG Hey there! I would recommend DMing the account you purchased the badges from. From their they will just need to transfer the badges to your name from Growtix. They can then send ya a confirmation email with a QR code and that will work as your digital badge!

@GrandAdmiralErv Yes, please bring multiple forms of ID just to be safe. Hope you have a great RTX!
