@akafaceUS Why is a grown ass adult harassing kids? She wasn't there to skate. Skater kids don't typically just call the cops. She must've been threatening them. Probably just like that officer in the video.

In San Diego, California, a 40-year-old woman was reported for harassing teenagers at a skate park. When police arrived, she refused to follow their instructions and ended up getting into a confrontation with the officers, leading to her arrest.

@komonews The ferries are wonderful and they really do have great workers. They could have a little more financial discipline at times and they need to work on recruiting, but overall I think they are a great team. The Puget Sound is lucky to have them. It's not a simple system they run.

@komonews WS Ferries could have built multiple ferries already. Good ones, not the abortion class known as the ilean (or Kwa-di Tabil). They would be diesel electric and not the super expensive and experimental hybrid ferries (so they would work). But WA chose not to build.

Claims she’s “paying everything out of pocket” while whining “not having any family sucks 😔” and “when you don’t have a backup plan and no family and you’re young, it’s very hard.” Translation: She made every reckless, low-IQ choice possible — multiple kids with no husband, no support network, no skills, no plan — then ran straight to the government teat that liberals designed to subsidize exactly this behavior. Now the bureaucracy she worships is ghosting her, so she’s grinding TikTok engagement farming instead of getting a real job or fixing her life. This isn’t “hardship.” This is the predictable, taxpayer-funded outcome of the Great Society lie: reward single motherhood, punish marriage, destroy two-parent homes, and watch dependency explode. Liberal policies didn’t “fail” her — they succeeded at turning her (and millions like her) into wards of the state. America doesn’t need more “compassion” for this. We need to dismantle the incentives that create it.

@carlosthept @Rob1776US @HistorianUSA1 I know. I've run into the same issue before on a strut. One was bad, but I was quoted the pair. They told me both should be replaced at the same time. When it came down to it, they ended up only replacing the bad one because the vehicle was still under warranty.

@RaexJess @Rob1776US @HistorianUSA1 Warranty coverage is from BMW itself not dealer. They have their own rules that have nothing to do with best practices recommended by dealer. If part isn’t broken, basically they won’t cover it. They should cover it once damaged though

Top BMW tech fired after just 3 months for ‘overquoting’ a repair? This guy was working 6 days a week and pulling 140 billable hours per pay period. Customer brings in a hybrid making noise on deceleration. He finds a completely blown differential and quotes the replacement plus rear axles as a precaution — standard practice to protect the shop and customer from future issues and liability. Warranty covered the diff but not the $5k axles. Foreman handled the upset customer, repair was done, no immediate problems. Weeks later the customer complains the axles weren’t replaced… and the tech gets fired for overquoting. He says another technician was fired for the exact opposite — not quoting enough when a car came back broken. There are always two sides to every story, but if this is accurate, this hard-working mechanic is getting a raw deal.
