To clarify, fired not for the decision, but for the smug attitude when dealing with customers She should have came from a different place: “I’m very sorry to inform you, and I understand that it may inconvenience you, but the crew has decided that you will not be allowed to board this flight, and the decision is final. Again, I’m very sorry and get your frustration, but there isn’t anything we can do at this point” The end No reason for a back and forth or to explain why, leave it there and let security handle the rest
