My issue with Neymar discourse is despite him being an all timer talent, he is never held to those standards. It's never his fault he didn't win the Ballon d'or, it's not his fault PSG couldn't win the UCL, it's not his fault Brazil couldn't win as well. No standards just vibes.

Neymar not winning the UCL argument needs to go as well, that 20/21 campaign where they lost in the final, Neymar was the best player in the UCL that season. That campaign was better than Dembele’s which won him a Balon Dor

Simply put, Neymar didn’t play in the Prem. If he did and his career went exactly the same, these convos wouldn’t happen.

Neymar is the most disrespected player of our generation. His peak was miles closer to Ronaldo than it was to Salah and Mane😂 He was a top 3 player in the world for 7+ years.
