I successfully went to the gym 5 times this week and I feel really good in general it’s been a great place to decompress mentally. Ready for week 2, hopefully I can keep this dedication 🙏🏾

Yup and we used to be racing to get home before days of our lives started at 6pm and them street lights come on.. OR the bajan cussing would be incoming 😂 the whole neighbourhood bout to know we outside galavanting 😂
