It's Market Day! 3rd graders have been learning about economic concepts in their latest unit of inquiry. They've been working over the past few weeks to prototype a good or a service and now the market is open for business! Great work 3rd grade!

We started with a presentation from the international regional director of 7-11 for a third grade IB unit of inquiry. We ended with a sundae funday celebrating students with perfect attendance for the first week of CMAS testing! #balanced #ibpypschool

You know it was a FUN Friday when Rosie the Eagle comes to celebrate student success! Today we focused on students who demonstrated the IB learner profile attribute of #reflective and #thinker. Way to go eagles! 🦅 🏆 #ibpyp

Dynamo Demo! 🚲 ➡️⚡️➡️💡 A lesson on energy transfer calls for a demonstration from Ms. Ellison and her bike! As she pedals, the light is powered using a dynamo. Students wrote a hypothesis, observed, then revised their hypothesis. #inquirybasedlearning #pypteacher #ibpyp
