@utotranslucence Max 9 hours a night, with 1-3 wake ups. Done sleeping between 4:30-5:30am no matter when bedtime is. We did Ferber and that improved things, but only so much.
Did all the troubleshooting. Less naps, more naps, bedtime routine, environment, etc. He’s just a low sleep needs guy 🤷♀️

NYC's electrical grid is under serious strain right now. We are well over 10GW usage and still a couple of hours from the peak. ConEd is reducing voltage is some neighborhoods. Everyone should do what they can to help conserve power.
