(2/2) By 4:30 UTC we had completed our size-up and by 11:30 published mapping projects on bit.ly/TurkiyeEQ2023. Now, 3 weeks after the first earthquake, we are still in need of #openstreetmap contributors to help us provide essential map data for this response! 🇹🇷🇸🇾

(1/2) On Feb 6 I started getting alerts for #TurkeySyriaEarthquake almost immediately. Seeing the estimated scale on @GDACS and viewing a few videos on Twitter, I knew this was going to be a major response for @hotosm, @openmapping_ap and @YerCizenler...
