What a day. In The Huddle was on assignment at BHS at lunch before the Drillers home opening. What a reception on campus. Thank you @DrillerAthletic. Simply amazing.

Brison Abbott opens up his senior year the way he ended his junior year. DOMINATING. The BHS standout running back went for 146 yards on 13 carries and four touchdowns as the Drillers beat Edison on the road, 54-0. BHS very balanced on offense and defense with the shutout.

BHS senior Kyndall Hannible is back in the state finals in the girls long jump. Her mark of 18-10.5 was third overall in the prelims this afternoon. Last season, she finished 10th in the finals. Expect a podium visit tomorrow night for this Driller. @BVarsityLive
