@SALUS_Controls Hi, I did this as you suggested back on 04/10/2022 & received absolutely zero, sent it 3 times since infact. I guess the answer is ‘no’ then so I need to find an alternate manufacturer, or just one who could respond would be a start….

@Benwking82 Hi, the issue we have had was to do with a domain certificate and nothing to do with account password verification. It looks like that could be an issue with your account. Please raise a support ticket for my attention (Steve) and I will look into it for you.

Experience with RT510RF from @SALUS_Controls is not good. Request heating every 5-10 minutes which is duplicating consumption of fuel. Is this normal?

@SALUS_Controls I was promised a thermostat from you nearly 2 months ago. It still hasn't arrived and you are ignoring my emails. Please can you enlighten me as to what has happened here? Your product has a 5 yr warranty I believe, and I it worked for less than 1 yr! #Imfreezing
